Dear Customer,
After 11 years of success, I regretfully
announce that St. Tropez Bistro Français will close its doors on
Sunday, May 23rd. The St. Tropez team and I would like to thank you
for your patronage and your support. You have helped us remain
successful for more than a decade, but unfortunately these last 6
month have been challenging. Some of you who love St. Tropez may be
disappointed to know that we are closing, but this is not good-bye.
Given the current economy, it is apparent that
people's dining needs have changed. Customers prefer casual, less
expensive dining options, but as always quality food and service. I
believe it is the combination of quality food and service that made
St. Tropez successful for the past 11 years. Given a more casual
atmosphere and menu changes, I am certain I will be able to meet
customers' needs once again. Therefore, I will be reopening a
restaurant in the same location. This restaurant will be called THE
BRASSERIE. A brasserie in France is a place where people meet for
lunch, dinner or even just catch up with a friend over a glass of
wine and a snack. It is more casual with daily specials and tapas.
Our menu will be more affordable to ensure that we will not only be
a place for special occasions, but for every day dinning as well.
In the near future you will receive an e-mail with the new menu and
the opening date of our new venture.
While we will miss St. Tropez we are excited
about our new venture and look forward to seeing you at The
Brasserie!
Sincerely,
Patrick Jean
