Saint Tropez Bistro Francais was opened on February 13th, 1999 by Patrick Jean. Patrick Jean from St. Tropez was working in numerous restaurants for eight years before moving to NY where he worked at the The Cafe de Paris and The Gascogne. He then moved to Connecticut and worked at Bistro Des Amis in Westport.

Hours:

Lunch Monday - Saturday 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Dinner Monday - Thursday 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Friday & Saturday   5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Sunday   5:00 pm - 9:30 pm
