It is with a heavy heart that we announce the retirement of Chef Etienne Menozzi, former co-owner of Saint Tropez Bistro. He has spent many years creating a multitude of culinary masterpieces in kitchens in several countries and has now decided to enjoy his free time between his beautiful home in Venice, Florida and his native Corsica.  Patrick Jean will continue on as sole owner and will be sure to maintain the high standards for which Saint Tropez Bistro has become known.  Etienne's sous-chef, Sylvestre Zenoni, is very excited to have been promoted to the position of chef de cuisine. Zenoni was born in Evian, France and graduated from the culinary school of Annecy in 1987.  He has worked in several renowned restaurants in France and Switzerland.  He moved to the United States in 2000 and joined the brigade of Saint Tropez in 2002. Sylvestre will be placing his imprint on Saint Tropez's menu without disturbing the signature of Chef Menozzi.
